     Post consulatum dominorum nostrorum Theodosii XII et Valentiniani II perpetuorum Augustorum, mense Phamenoth I. Principi officii grauitatis domini nostri magnificentissimi Aegypti praefecti Flauii Demetriani Maximi, adiuuante Paulo singulari, Aurelius Cyrus Leontii filius negotiator, Alexandria magna urbe oriundus, nunc negotiorum causa in hac illustri Oxyrhynchitarum urbe degens.
      Praedictam grauitatem per libelli dationem siue postulationem adiens, cum Nestorio Nestorii filio et ipso Alexandrino negotiatore de pecunia credita egi : cum autem uenerit et mihi satisdederit, nullam abhinc controuersiam cum eo habeo nec actionem moueo uel mouebo huius rei causa : quare, per Deum omnipotentem iuratus et per pietatem omnia uincentium dominorum nostrorum Flauiorum Theodosii et Valentiniani perpetuorum Augustorum, mansurum me esse declaro in omnibus rebus suprascriptis nec omnino contrauenturum.
