Aurelii Heracles Harasis filius, domicilium habens in clara et clarissima Oxyrhynchitarum ciuitate, et uxor Isarion Agathonis filia cum eo degens, eadem ciuitate oriunda, et Aurelius Horion Horionis filius eiusdem ciuitatis inuicem salutem dicunt.
      Declaramus nos quidem Heracles et Isarion uxor dedisse tibi Horioni in adoptionem filium nostrum Patermuthin annorum II, me autem Horionem recepisse eum quasi naturalem liberum, ut ei bonorum ad hereditatem meam pertinentium iura seruentur. Et mihi quidem (Horioni) non licebit abdicare eum nec in seruitutem redigere, cum nobilis sit et ex nobilibus liberisque parentibus natus ; nobis autem Heraclio et Isarioni uxori non licebit filium abducere a te Horione, cum omnino tibi in adoptionem dederimus : et rursus neutris licebit contra hanc scripturam uenire, cum de his rebus consensum et conuentum sit.
