Ῥουπίλιος Σεουῆ[ρ]ος Ἀν<δ>ροβίῳ Λυκιάρχῃ χαίρε[ιν. ἐπ]ε̣ὶ ἡ κρα-|τίστ<η> τοῦ ἔθνους βουλὴ ἐπεβοήσατο   τὸ   ψήφισμα  δι̣α̣γ̣ρα-|φῆναι  ὑπὲρ  Ὀπραμόα   Ἀπολλωνίου  πρὸς  τὸν  μέγιστον Αὐτ̣ο-|κράτορα, δύνασαι ποιεῖν, ὃ βούλονται. ἐῤῥῶσθαί σε εὔχομα̣[ι].
