| Our
mother has taught Us, etc. The view of the sea, ordinarily limited to
a hundred feet, shall not be intercepted by any new work, either in
the direct line or transversely; and this the present law, while confirming
the Constitution of the Emperor Zeno, adds, by way of interpretation,
to a Novel previously promulgated. |
